Bid Writer

Responsibilities

·       Writing and developing successful and high quality proposal documents, in line with the win themes identified with the Business Development Manager and the expectations of the client

·       Contributes to documents by questioning others members of the team and edit all content received to ensure meets standards and is bespoke to each prospects requirements

·       Engage with expert teams across the company to gather specific content to illustrate the proposal

·       Developing tailor-made content to address each specific project, including writing tailor-made solution proposals and dedicated technical solutions

·       Ensuring the production of deliverables compliant with the bid requirements and according to the timeline

·       Development of presentation and marketing material for client presentations.

·       Supporting the Business Development Manager in the various steps of the bid solution development where necessary

 The succesful candidate will have:

·       Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills with meticulous attention to detail

·       Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines

·       Self-motivated; able to work without constant direction and guidance

·       English proficiency to develop and write high quality professional content

·       Full proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint to produce high quality and impactful presentation content
