We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who will be able to grow with the business. It is important to be able to work effectively as an individual as well as a vital team member within the business.

Roles& Responsibilities

  • Reporting into the Head of Sales, the successful candidate will be in a Sales Support role, within the Sales team
  • Using our CRM system, you will strategically research and identify potential new clients from warm leads
  • You will actively promote products from the company’s brands to both their prospective and current customers
  • You will maximise sales at every opportunity and expand our customer base by helping to identify and develop new accounts
  • You will continually review and exceed all set targets, seeking out new opportunities to up-sell and promote new product lines
  • You will provide sales support, involving efficient handling of top and confidential agreements
  • You will make outbound sales calls to prospective and current customers. Actively promoting a range of relevant products
  • You will take inbound sales calls and look for opportunities to up-sell on other related products and new lines
  • Follow up tendered quotations and identifying contracted sales opportunities before passing on to the relevant Manager
  • Follow up on marketing and sales campaigns

  • Competences and Experience
    • Previous sales experience is desirable (particularly telemarketing)
    • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
    • You will be a relationship builder, enthusiastic and keen to further your understanding of customer needs
    • Computer literate - Competent in all Microsoft programmes
    • You will be polite with persuasive communication skills
    • You will be a passionate, hard worker and well organised professional with power to prioritise and multitask
    • Able to work alone and as a team player
