245.69 kWp Solar PV system installed multiple homes in Trumpington Meadow.
Ecolution first tendered for the Trumpington Meadow projects in 2012, at the third phase stage. This flagship development for design and build contractors is still ongoing with the tendering process for phase 8 taking place soon.
To date Ecolution have provided in-roof Solar Photovoltaic systems across 5 phases of Trumpington Meadows over the past 3 years working with contractors Linkwood Services and Bedford Pilgrims Housing Association.
Consideration for the environment has been integral to the creation of this development. With road layouts and dedicated pathways, to encourage residents to not drive and cycle instead, as well as ensuring the buildings themselves were environmentally friendly which is why they all have Solar Photovoltaic systems.
